Since November 13, Gilles and Aline Févret have been selling their creations in their new boutique at 48, rue du Transvaal in Dijon. “I was the owner of the walls,” explains the chocolatier. “I had been renting them for twenty-one years. My last tenant left this summer. I took the opportunity to refurbish everything. “Work that he did himself for nearly four months.
On an area of approximately 40 square meters, the couple offers chocolates, fruit jellies, tablets and jams, made in their workshop in Clémencey. “It’s been thirteen years since we created the company,” says Aline.
For the moment, the shop is open on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 am to 6 pm, “because we still continue to work in Clémencey”, specifies Gilles Févret. Outside of hours, lovers of sweet treats can come and stock up at the vending machine which will soon be operational in front of the shop.
