On Saturday, as in dozens of other cities in France, supporters of Édouard Philippe launched a “Horizons” committee in Dijon. A structure whose delegate will be Henri-Bénigne de Vregille, opposition municipal councilor in Dijon. He who was elected on the list of Emmanuel Bichot (LR) in 2020, before forming a new political group at the town hall with personalities like Laurent Bourguignat (LR) or Stéphane Chevalier (Agir).

A movement which is structured at the local level therefore, with the appointment, moreover, of the mayor of Brognon and president of the AMF 21 (Association of mayors of France in Côte-d’Or), Ludovic Rochette, as delegate for the community of communes Norge and Tille, which he chairs….
