You have to deal with riots, attempts at tk and flows from outside, because your saints will be the most dangerous criminals ever.
The game was released in 2015 and its schematic graphics look like a star, but under an ugly shell you will find a surprisingly complex strategy. If vs have fun, you can support the authors by buying an additional DLC, the one called Cleared For Transfer is free of charge.
