Doncic takes New York, the Warriors take flight, and the Bucks bounce back

Los Angeles (USA), 3 Dec. With a splendid third quarter, Luka Doncic’s Dallas Mavericks beat the New York Knicks at home this Saturday in which the Golden State Warriors confirmed their improvement and the Milwaukee Bucks recovered just 24 hours after losing at home against Los Angeles Lakers.

KNICKS 100 – MAVERICKS 121

An indisputable 15-41 run in the third quarter was what the Dallas Mavericks needed to take Madison Square Garden against the inert New York Knicks after halftime and who have lost six of their last eight games.

Luka Doncic (30 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists) and Tim Hardaway Jr. (28 points on 8-of-13 3-pointers) led a Mavericks in desperate need of a win while Julius Randle (24 points) led the New Yorkers .

WARRIORS 120 – ROCKETS 101

With the fifth victory in the last six games, the Golden State Warriors seem to have found their way and this Saturday they easily defeated the second-last Houston Rockets in the Western Conference.

Andrew Wiggins (36 points on 8-for-10 in triples) dazzled in some formidable Warriors from the perimeter (25-for-52) versus some Rockets who crashed on outside shooting (3-for-28).

Kevin Porter Jr. (20 points) was the leading scorer for some Rockets in which Spaniard Usman Garuba put up 4 points, 10 rebounds and a block in 17 minutes.

CALABRI 96 – BUCK 105

After Friday’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers in one of the most spectacular games so far this season, the Milwaukee Bucks returned to winning ways by beating the Charlotte Hornets at home.

Without Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday (all rested), the Bucks gave way to Bobby Portis (20 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists) while the Hornets turned to Terry Rozier (26 points).

CLIPPERS 96 – RE 123

The Sacramento Kings rolled over in their visit to the Los Angeles Clippers and signed an impressive beatdown in a game they were already winning by 28 points in the second quarter.

A near-perfect Domantas Sabonis (24 points on 10-of-11 shooting) took the lead for the Kings against some failing Clippers (35.5% shooting from the field), who continue to miss injured Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and who this time had their best man in Brandon Boston Jr. (18 points).

JAZZ 111 – JACKETS 116

With 45 points from a fantastic Anfernee Simons (she already had 33 at halftime) and another 33 from Jerami Grant, the Portland Trail Blazers bounced back from three straight losses and beat the Utah Jazz in a very tight game to the end.

All five members of Utah’s starting five had at least 15 points with Jordan Clarkson (24 points) leading in scorer.

TIMBERWOLVES 128 – THUNDER 135

A 27-38 run in the fourth quarter gave the Oklahoma City Thunder a big win on the road against the Minnesota Timberwolves in which Rudy Gobert was ejected in the second period for tripping Kenrich Williams.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (33 points and 6 assists) and D’Angelo Russell (27 points and 6 assists) were the best for the Thunder and Wolves, respectively.

RAPTOR 121 – MAGIC 108

The eighth consecutive defeat for the Orlando Magic came on Canadian soil against the Toronto Raptors led by OG Anunoby (32 points) and in which the Spaniard Juancho Hernangómez played 5 minutes and contributed one point.

Bol Bol and Terrence Ross each had 18 points for the lower east.
