A small breed dog captivated paramedics who provide service for the Iztapalapa mayor’s office; the ambulance followed for several meters in which a person who had suffered a car crash.
Since he did not stop barking, he drew the attention of the unit, it stopped and immediately the dog, identified as “Juan”, got on.
Still injured and half unconscious, the injured young man who was transferred to the Iztapalapa General Hospital, he identified the dog and told the paramedics to leave it with him, that he did not bother and was also his friend.
“Juan” during the entire journey did not bark or bother and once the injured man was admitted to the hospital, he remained next to the ambulance waiting for his owner.

After the transfer, the unit was disinfected for subsequent services.
Later it became known that the relatives of the injured young man and “Juan” came to the hospital to take him home, now he is waiting for the owner.
After chasing the ambulance for several meters, a little dog did not abandon his master, who had just suffered a car accident, and accompanied him all the way to the hospital
