Does Ronaldo make headlines about being fired from MU?

Jakarta

Cristiano Ronaldo make a scene by complaining about the situation in Manchester United through an interview. Jamie Carragher sees this as part of Ronaldo’s bid to be sacked.

Cristiano Ronaldo spoke candidly about his situation at MU in an interview with Piers Morgan. The former Real Madrid and Juventus player presented a series of complaints, one of which concerned the treatment given to him by MU.

Ronaldo felt betrayed after Erik ten Hag and several top MU leaders wanted him out. The Portuguese star also admitted that he doesn’t respect Ten Hag.

Jamie Carragher believes this interview is one of Ronaldo’s efforts to terminate his contract with MU. Ronaldo tried to leave last summer, but he couldn’t.

“He wants to be sacked, that’s clear. Last summer he told the club that he wanted to leave, which is normal in football, these things happen. There are no takers, perhaps because of his salaries or the price Manchester makes United”. Carragher wrote Sky Sports.

“I think he knows the transfer market is going to be the same and maybe next summer and now he’s looking to get sacked or want to leave for free. That’s the only way he can get out.”

Carragher also suggested that MU let go immediately Cristiano Ronaldo. It is feared that this problem will continue to bother MU.

“I think United should fire him or let him go for free. At the moment, they are trying to build something other than the Premier League or Champions League they are now. The manager will go after those titles in two or three years and Ronaldo won’t be there Carragher continued.

“It will be a hassle, he won’t go away. Once a player is blunt and says he has no respect for the coach, what will he be like when he comes back the first day after the World Cup? Can’t be that way, there will be people who will take pictures, we will ask questions Ronaldo to the manager in an interview with Sky. United don’t need this hassle.”
