There are some foods that cause belly fat, so check your plans about losing excess weight.

These foods can lead to some of the more serious problems, including heart disease, diabetes and Alzheimer’s, according to “Eatthis”, which he mentioned as follows:

1- White bread:

4- Chocolate:

A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that the food most linked to weight gain was milk chocolate bars, so it’s best to avoid and steer clear of milk chocolate bars.

5- Canned soup:

When it comes to canned soup, you want to make sure that you choose the right kind, because there are plenty of soup options that contain a lot of sodium, which not only cause flatulence, but can actually increase your appetite and impede your ability to tell when you are full.

6- potato chips:

Potato chips are saturated with saturated fat, which causes an increase in belly fat, in addition to containing salt, which leads to flatulence.

7- pizza:

The second largest contributor to saturated fat in the diet, which leads to clogged arteries, in addition to belly fat.

8- Pastries:

These pies and desserts are usually loaded with processed flour, and tend to be rich in sugar, and they can be rich in sodium as well.
