3- Curvature of the back over time, stress injury to the vertebrae, and inflammation of the back bones.

4- Neck damage and possibly calcification; Due to the inconsistency of the body while sleeping on the stomach, in addition to the person feeling cramps and constriction in the nerves.

5- It hurts the spine because it puts pressure on it, which may cause lower back pain.

6- It is especially harmful for a pregnant woman as it puts additional pressure on the spine.

7- Exhaustion and stress: After waking up from sleep, a person finds himself lazy, and feels very exhausted and stressed. As a result of his exposure to muscle spasms, and the occurrence of contractions in the nerve endings, resulting from sleeping on the stomach.

8- Affects breathing: Many stomach sleepers have difficulty and irregular breathing; The reason is that this position is very uncomfortable.
