In order to make employers aware of the hiring of people from diverse backgrounds and to offer them concrete solutions to their recruitment difficulties, GIT offers an awareness workshop to learn more about welcoming and integrating this diversity.

1) Diversity Awareness
- Definition of diversity
- Bias in the face of this diversity
- Welcome and integration: tools and elements to consider
- Loyalty practices
2) Labor pools and available resources
- Presentation of the labor pools suggested by the “Diversity Ambassadors” for your recruitment needs
- Services offered by employability resources and by Services Québec, including support options offered to promote employee retention
