A wolf has been spotted in the municipality of Schluchsee (Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district). The animal had been picked up by a photo trap. This has been confirmed by the Forest Research and Research Institute Freiburg, as the Environment Ministry announced on Wednesday. The same photo trap had already taken a wolf on April 15th. It was unclear whether the animal was one and the same. The experts believe that this is likely. The livestock farmers in the region were informed and asked for increased attention.
