Dispute about the Loreley stage: is there still an agreement? – Rhein-Lahn-Zeitung Bad Ems

The dispute has escalated, the situation has become lost, the documents fill mountains of files. After the most recent approval test before the Koblenz regional court, however, both the city of St. Goarshausen and Loreley Venue Management GmbH showed their willingness to look again for an out-of-court and amicable solution. Both city mayor Nico Busch and Andreas Schardt, lawyer for the stage leaseholder, expressed themselves relatively optimistic afterwards.
