Rehabilitation of the historic stadium of the University of Caen-Normandie

The heritage department of the University of Caen-Normandy decided in 2015 to digitize its heritage in BIM. The renovation of the historic stadium designed by architect Henry Bernard is therefore a natural part of this process. Here, it is a question of creating three digital models: the existing one, then the phases of construction 1 and 2 and to model all the sports facilities that the project manager will have to realize. While the feasibility study took place between January and May 2020, the work is scheduled to last six months between January and June 2021.

Rehabilitation of the railway station of Chelles

Rehabilitating the 552 housing units in the Railway City involves taking into account three different construction periods and therefore requires setting up three work programs with specific materials and colors. To pilot this project, which will run from summer 2020 to the end of 2024, the teams have opted for a simplified BIM model that is accessible to all companies. The idea is to facilitate access to reliable and up-to-date data for all. Even novices can access the re-glued model and know the work carried out, the equipment replaced, the reception and lifting of reservations, etc.
