In cooperation with the Embassy of Finland in Latvia, on June 14 at At 20:00, two Finnish documentaries will be screened in the “Viktorija” culture house, which will take the audience on a journey around the world, allowing them to get to know the personal connection of different people with the ocean and the biological intelligence of the ocean itself to talk to us, using the plastic produced by mankind as a mouthpiece of the message. During the film screening, the audience will also get to know the documentary story about the Finnish scientific ship “Aranda”, which makes an important contribution to the observation and monitoring of the oceans and will dock in Liepāja on June 15, welcoming everyone who is curious and interested in marine research on board.
