The Xiaomi Redmi 9 is revealed before the hour. Indeed, the product sheet of the smartphone has just been published on an Indonesian e-commerce site. While the official launch still has no date, the Redmi 9 unveils its technical data, its design and its price despite itself. We take stock.

While a first stolen photo of Xiaomi Redmi 9 has recently leaked on the net, the Chinese manufacturer has to face another leak, much more important this time. Indeed, the product sheet of Xiaomi’s future smartphone has just been published on an e-commerce site Indonesian. It contains a lot of information about the device, starting with its technical characteristics.
The technical specifications listed here corroborate with certain of the first news published on the Xiaomi Redmi 9 in December 2019. Thus, there is under the hood a Helio G80 processor signed Mediatek, accompanied by 3 or 4 GB of RAM depending on the versions. In terms of internal memory, the Redmi 9 will ship 32 or 64 GB depending on the model, all extendable via a microSD card.

OLED screen and quadruple photo sensor
Users will enjoy a OLED panel in definition Full HD + 6.53 ” which houses a selfie sensor with a notch 8MP on the upper central part. The rear resumes the aesthetic of that of the Redmi K30, with this brushed appearance. The rear side is occupied by a quadruple sensor, composed of a main sensor of 13 MP (f / 2.2), an ultra wide angle sensor 8 MP (f / 2.2), a depth sensor of 2 MP (f / 2.2) and a macro sensor of 5 MP (f / 2.4).
To power the beast, the Xiaomi Redmi 9 will rely on a battery of 5020 mAH compatible with a 18W fast charge via a USB-Type C port. In addition, the smartphone is equipped with a fingerprint reader, a facial recognition unlocking system, Dual SIM, and a 3.5 mm jack port.

A close official presentation?
On the price side, the Indonesian site displays the 32 GB model of Xioami Redmi 9 at 6,990 Philippine pesos, or 125 € HT after conversion. As for the 64 GB version, it will cost 7,490 Philippine pesos, or 135 € HT. Then we come to the colors. The Xiaomi Redmi 9 will be offered in three different colors: gray, violent and green.
In any case, it is surprising to see that the Filipino branch of Xiaomi has not decided to make an official announcement after the publication of this product sheet. The official presentation is perhaps closer than expected and could explain this silence of the brand.
