After much effort in trying to get her back on her 4 legs, Selenga finally lay down on her side. , showing no more signs of motivation. She left in the evening surrounded by her caretakers and vets. “

The ten-year-old animal was visibly suffering from several “important pelvic fractures”, the origin of which the zoo does not know.
“Unfortunately, large animals are often victims of their size and this type of injury is generally fatal to them,” said the establishment in its press release posted on social networks.
