Dimitar Ljubenov, who killed a Frenchman on the road, was caught driving more than 50 km / h over the limit outside the city, as well as 40 km / h over the limit in the city. He was held for 72 hours. This was announced in a briefing by Hristo Krastev and Desislva Petrova, deputy prosecutors of the city of Sofia, supervisor of the prosecutor’s office Sabina Hristova, Lachezar Bliznakov of the traffic police and Radoslav Nachev, deputy chief of the traffic police of Sofia.
Driver Dimitar Lyubenov was sued. He collided with his car a Porsche car in which French tourists were traveling. They were on their way to the airport. Eyewitnesses said the driver behaved inappropriately. The appraisals have been appointed.
Dimitar Llyubenov collected BGN 1,900 in fines and paid fines in the amount of BGN 2,350. He did not provide explanations, it is not clear where he was before the accident.
