Dimensity 9000 Chip Beats Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Exynos 2200 on Geekbench

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – System on Chip The high-end SoCs from MediaTek, Qualcomm and Samsung have been officially announced. They are the Dimensity 9000, Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and Exynos 2200.

Of the three, only Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 has been used on phones that have been released, including the Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro. That’s why it’s not yet possible to directly compare each chip on the phone’s performance.

To satisfy his curiosity, a gadget leaker @UniverseIce, conducted a comparison test of the single-core and multi-core capabilities of the three Android SoCs on Geekbench 5. He shared the test results on his personal twitter.

Seen in the results of the diagram, according to Geekbench 5, Dimensity 9000 excels in both tests. The single core scored 1278, followed by Snapdragon 8 gen 1 (1231), and Exynos 2200 (1109). In multi-core testing, Dimensity 9000 scored 4410, followed by Snapdragon 8 gen 1 (3752) and Exynos 2200 (3534).

However, if this test includes the A15 Bionic chipset from Apple, then the advantage is in the hands of the A15. In testing the single-core chip for the iOS operating system got a score of 1750, and the multi-core was 4885.

Once again keep in mind, Dimension 9000 and the Exynos 2200 is not yet on official mobile phones for sale. It can be seen later when its ability is installed on a mobile phone whether it has maximum results like during testing.
