Dijon University Hospital denies letting a patient die last August. The victim is a 77-year-old woman, hospitalized for a fracture of the femur, waiting for an operation that is always delayed. Her daughter Murielle accuses the establishment of not having fed her mother for several days.

This delay would have alerted Murielle, who says she has administered up to acting , refusing to go “against the hospital.” Her mother died on August 31, after being admitted to intensive care for “dehydration.”
