The Erasmus+ program is the European program for education, training, youth and sport. But it’s not just for students. It is open to all audiences in the fields of education and training, formal or non-formal.

The Erasmus+ program can help organizations work in European or international partnerships. A wide range of education and training actors, private and public, can benefit. It allows you to share know-how and innovate in the fields of education, training, youth and sport.

The program also aims to provide students, trainees, pupils, apprentices, teachers, trainers, staff, job seekers, young people, etc. the possibility of staying (studies, internships) abroad to strengthen one’s knowledge, skills and employability.

The Erasmus+ program is open to all sectors of education and lifelong learning. Erasmus+ Adult Education is aimed more specifically at actors in social action, the social and solidarity economy, inclusion and popular education.

Who can submit an Erasmus+ application?

Are you an employee or a volunteer in an association, a local authority, a medical-social institution, a library? Do you represent a structure active in popular education or in access to rights, in ecological transition or in cultural promotion, in social integration or in access to basic skills…? If the people you support are over 16 and you offer them activities focused on learning and acquiring knowledge other than qualifying training for professional purposes, then you can count on Erasmus+, Adult Education funding.

To do what?

The Erasmus+ program makes it possible to finance a wide variety of actions. It aims in particular to:
– develop the skills of the adult public, and of all the personnel who support them in their learning path;
– share experiences, design work methods and tools in Europe.
– With Erasmus+ you can organize mobility periods abroad that will allow adults to have a learning experience that promotes diversity and participation in democratic life and your teams to train in new new support practices
– You will also be able to discuss your respective practices with your European counterparts, share ideas and co-develop working methods and tools that will allow you to support the people you welcome even more effectively and thus promote social inclusion.
