Responsibilities will center on the advancement and execution of digital marketing strategies, encompassing performance marketing, social media engagement, and content creation across multiple platforms. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives through close collaboration with internal departments. Project management and coordination of external service providers are also core components of the role.
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or communication, coupled with a strong understanding of digital media and performance marketing. A demonstrable passion for health, active living, and nutrition is essential, alongside a keen eye for detail and exceptional storytelling abilities in visual, written, and audio-video formats. Proficiency in analytics tools and data management is crucial, as are strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both german and English is required.
