Difaa Hassani Jadidi player tested positive for Covid-19

Cases of coronavirus are on the increase in Moroccan football clubs. After the Ittihad of Tangier, the Moghreb of Tétouan, the Moghreb of Fez, the Racing de Casablanca and the Kénitra Athlétic Club, the Difaa Hassani Jadidi announces that one of its players has tested positive for Covid-19. He is currently under medical treatment.

Announced in a press release published on its official Facebook account, the DHJ affirms that this new case concerns one of its players who was returning from the city of Tangier. It was revealed as part of the screening operation carried out on August 5 by the club for the benefit of all its players and technical staff after their return from leave from Aid Al Adha and this, in accordance with health directives of the Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), specifies the club.

After the detection of this first case of Covid-19 infection within the ranks of the Jdidi club, a new screening operation was carried out on Thursday August 6 in favor of all members of the team, assures the club while hoping for a speedy recovery to their player, whose identity has not been revealed, and to all patients infected with the virus.
