He scored 102 goals in 203 Jupiler Pro League games. SK Beveren did not need any further information to offer Dieumerci Mbokani a one-season contract.

In 2006, the Congolese striker was first seen on Belgian courts. With the Anderlecht shirt, he scored a hat-trick against his new employer in less than half an hour.
A year later he moved to Standard, where he scored 50 times in 120 games. After moving to Munich and Wolfsburg, he moves back to Anderlecht. Antwerp was his last Belgian team, where he left on a free transfer for Kuwait last summer.
Mbokani had a solid track record in Belgium. He became champion 5 times, won the Super Cup twice and won the cup with Antwerp. In 2012 he received the Golden Boot as the best player in our competition.
