Died victim of collision on EN103 in Póvoa de Lanhoso

Elvis Silva, 18, resident in the neighboring municipality of Vieira do Minho, could not resist his injuries due to the shock of the car he was driving with another car, in the early afternoon of last Thursday, in the town of Arcas, Póvoa de Lanhoso .
