KYIV. June 23rd. UNN. At the age of 48, the former soloist of the Soviet group “Tender May” Yuri Shatunov died. This is reported UNN with reference to Russian media.

The death of the singer was announced by its director Arkady Kudryashov. According to him, the artist had a massive heart attack.
“Tonight, in the ambulance, Yura’s heart stopped,” said Kudryashov.

In 1986, Yuri Shatunov, together with Sergei Kuznetsov, founded the Laskovy May group. One of their most famous songs was “White Roses” and “Gray Night”.
In 1991, Shatunov left the group and began his solo career.
