The current UFC champion in the lightweight category Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov responded to insults from the ex-champion of the organization Conor McGregorwho called the Russian “a hiding rat.”
“Hug your legs?” Did you forget how I knocked you out, or are you tweeting drunk? I completely destroyed you in battle – in percussion technique, in struggle, made you grab air with your hands, and in the end you gave up. And finally, do not forget your words: “This is only business,” Habib tweeted.
Recall that Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor in a duel in October 2018. The 31-year-old Conor has repeatedly stated that he wants to have a rematch, but Habib answered every time that there would be no sporting interest in such a fight. Russian should conduct the next battle against Justin Gageywho won by knockout at UFC 249 Tony Ferguson and won the belt of the interim lightweight champion of the organization.
