Lawyer peach goddess, Sandy Arifin, said he would seek out-of-court mediation between his client and Angga Wijaya. Angga then commented.
According to lawyer Angga Wijaya, Vicky Alexander, their side is open to that choice. There is no problem if Dewi Perssik really wants mediation outside the trial schedule which will only be held in early July 2022.
“Yes, if mediation outside the court is okay, we will also follow it,” said Vicky Alexander at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Ragunan Region, South Jakarta on Friday (24/5/2022).
“Of course, even if we want to solve this problem, if for example it can’t be resolved, we will resolve it in a good way,” he continued.
There is no desire from Angga Wijaya to reconcile until now. So that Vicky Alexander can confirm that Angga is determined to part with Dewi Perssik.
“Until now, it is (confident for divorce),” he said.
Vicky also mentioned the status of Angga Wijaya, who had previously been Dewi Perssik’s manager. However, he admitted that information regarding the continuation of the position would still be investigated and confirmed.
“That’s for further details, I don’t know yet, like I said earlier, I have just been appointed. So we will discuss further details later. With out-of-court mediation, we will follow the process, which means we will carry out the process,” he explained.
It is also said that Dewi Perssik and Angga Wijaya are no longer living together. Sandy Arifin, who was met on the same occasion, revealed several things, such as the issue of third persons to mixed assets.
“There is no third person (problem) in the lawsuit. For the past few days there has been a third person issue, it doesn’t exist at all. There is no such thing as (property),” explained Sandy Arifin.
