Benchmarks are also prohibited by Apple. This special Mac mini should only be used by developers to test and adapt their applications on the new hardware architecture.
The first Apple Silicon Mac will be on the market by the end of the year. It won’t necessarily be a Mac mini; the rumors are more about an iMac and a 13 “MacBook Pro in the first place.
