He teams up with Hank Anderson, a gruff detective who hates androids.
Markus is an assistance robot of the RK200 model. He is in the service of a famous artist, Carl Manfred, who fell ill. He spends all his days with the help of Marcus, with whom he eventually becomes attached. However, his family doesn’t take a very positive view of him, and after an unfortunate incident Marcus is forced to fend for himself. But his journey will quickly take him on the path of revolt against humans.
Kara is an AX400 model housewife android. Among other things, she takes care of the house and the granddaughter of its violent and alcoholic owner, Todd Williams. But one evening everything changes, they are forced to flee this unhealthy environment. Kara nevertheless continues her mission to protect the child from this world which is going into turmoil.
