Something is happening in the house of Bungie. Apparently an announcement for the next expansion is imminent, even if a corresponding teaser has been deleted.

The signs are increasing. Bungie has now submitted another teaser via Twitter and confirmed the unveiling of the future of Destiny 2 for June 9 at 6 p.m. Not only does the well-known Eris Morn appear in the teaser, but we also get a view of the frozen Jupiter moon Europe.
Coordinates received. The future of Destiny 2 arrives.

Bungie is apparently on the verge of announcing a new expansion and new content for Destiny 2 Year 4. At the weekend, a teaser appeared briefly on Instagram, which announced a corresponding unveiling for June 9. The teaser contains a short video showing Eris Morn climbing in snowy mountains, garnished with the message that the first information will be available on June 9 at 6 p.m. The Instagram posting has been deactivated in the meantime, but it is still over a working link reachable.
The rumor mill is already bubbling due to an audio post on Twitter this weekend. Pyramid shapes also appear in the tweet, which suggests references to the mysterious pyramid ships that have appeared several times in the game. There is also rumored about a new breed called The Darkness, which appeared in artworks more often, but has never appeared in the game before.
It is currently still questionable whether the deactivation of the tweet could possibly be done with the Expressions of solidarity for #BlackLivesMatter has to do with some events and announcements postponed. We’ll know more next week.
