Your future area of activity:
- Ensuring that the swimming pool runs smoothly together with the pool management
- Responsibility for daily incident management
- Planning of revision work
- Obtaining offers
- Checking the system security, cash supervision and much more.
- Competent contact person for bathers (complaint management), tenants, associations, authorities and employees
- In the absence of the pool management – deployment planning and coordination of employees
- Conducting instruction
- Random checks on cleanliness, safety and working hours
Your profile:
- Completed technical training with a focus on mechatronics
- Driving license B
- First aid course (16 hours) and very good swimming skills
- Relevant work experience and initial experience in employee and task coordination
- Temporal flexibility (sometimes weekend work)
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Conflict and decision-making skills
