The act of AR (48) as a father is really depraved. Men from East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan (East Kalimantan), it raped his stepdaughter many times.

AR was arrested in Sangkulirang District, East Kutai, East Kalimantan, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Initially, the victim told his neighbors what had happened to him. The neighbor then informed the victim’s biological father and reported it to the police.
“After receiving the report, we then take the victim for post-mortem and immediately secure the perpetrator at his residence, with evidence of the victim’s clothing,” said Head of PPA, Ipda Loewensky Karisoh, Thursday (30/9/2021).

AR’s action against the victim who was still 16 years old-a category of children under the law (UU)-triggered strong condemnation. Victims suffer physically and psychologically.

The police who did the post-mortem to check the ultrasound (USG) found there are contraception left on the victim’s genitals.
“That’s the beginning only post-mortem, but because the victim complained of pain in his genitals, an ultrasound was finally done. And the results are known in there is a contraceptive device stuck,” explained Ipda Loewensky Karisoh, today.
He explained that the victim claimed to have felt pain in her intimate organs since early September. The victim initially suspected that the illness was due to sexual violence by her stepfather.
The victim did not realize there was a contraceptive in his genitals.
“The victim thought the pain was due to immoral acts committed by her stepfather. It turned out that at the post-mortem, the pain was due to a contraceptive device in her genitals,” he said.
AR’s depraved actions are suspected to have been carried out since 2020. AR last committed lewd acts against his stepson on Thursday (16/9).
“This incident has been going on for about a year, and from the victim’s testimony, in a week his stepfather can force sex three times,” said Ipda Loewensky.
However, the AR suspect admitted to having been 20 times rape stepdaughter. He also avoided using contraceptives when raping the victim.
“The perpetrator avoided using contraception when he had sex with his stepdaughter,” said the investigator from the Satreskrim Polres Kutim, Brigadier Fitriana Lestari.
The police are still investigating and looking for the facts of this case.
“The confessions of the perpetrator and the victim are different, the victim herself admitted that she had sexual intercourse three times a week, while the perpetrator admitted that he only confessed 20 times, this is what we are still investigating,” he added.
The police will examine the hospital regarding the finding of contraceptives in the victim’s genitals.
“In the near future we will call the doctor to ask for information on the finding of contraceptives in the victim’s genitals,” he said.
