Departure abroad – When men will be released from Ukraine – UNIAN

According to the adviser to the head of the OP, there are prospects for resolving the issue, the discussion has moved off the ground.

There are prospects for resolving the issue of going abroad, the discussion has moved off the dead center. Perhaps soon there will be men release from Ukraine.

About it declared Advisor to the Head of the President’s Office Alexei Arestovich in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feigin.

“Perhaps the citizens, the same sailors, will hear: “You can leave on such and such conditions,” said the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office.

Regarding the mobilization in Ukraine, Arestovich noted that today in Ukraine the number of human reserves exceeds the availability of equipment with which to arm them.

“We are keeping people, but there is nothing special to equip them with. Where can we recruit new ones? Except in certain specialties. Those who work abroad can support their families. The same sailors sent $4 billion to Ukraine last year. This is very serious help to the housekeeper, who sank halfway because of the war,” Arestovich said.

He is sure that if a sailor, for example, the head of the family, can go abroad and support his family, then he is busy and the family is good. And so many other specialties.

“I am a supporter of differentiated mobilization. When there were the first days of a full-scale war in Ukraine, everyone was in shock and no one knew how it would end, everyone was needed, the readiness to defend. The question was about the survival of the country! Now, by the way, it is also worth it, just a little stretched out, prolonged. This is not a critical phase of this issue, when it is not clear whether we will be tomorrow or not. And, I think, we can already launch a differentiated approach to mobilization, “the adviser to the OP believes.

Arestovich also notes that it is important to take into account professional suitability, motivation in the selection of people, to mobilize them in their specialties.

“Today, military registration and enlistment offices are in a difficult situation, when up to 500 applications need to be processed per day: with all complaints, needs, medical examinations, etc. They are simply not physically designed for such a number of people, and therefore there are “excesses” in the field. This problem also, in particular, removes a differentiated approach to mobilization,” Arestovich is sure.
