Ahead of Pravasi Bhartiya Divas (Day of Non-Resident Indians), the Department of External Affairs will host a virtual conference today entitled “Forging Partnerships with Media and Entertainment to Showcase India at 75”.
The event is one of five conferences to be held prior to the Pravasi Bhartiya Divas. It will bring prominent members of India’s media and entertainment diaspora to deliberate on the theme of the conference.
The conference will be chaired by the Indian Minister of External Affairs, S Jaishankar, and will take the form of a round table, with six eminent panelists from around the world participating in these discussions. The event will be broadcast live on the social media platforms of the Department of External Affairs.
