PSIS Semarang managed to beat Barito Putera 1-0 in continuation League 1 2021. The additional three points made Laskar Mahesa Jenar rise to the top of the standings.
Barito vs PSIS took place at the Sultan Agung Bantul Stadium, Yogyakarta, Wednesday (20/10/2021) night WIB. Both teams played to a goalless draw in the first half.
Barito, who has only won one so far, was more aggressive in the second half. There were several good opportunities from Buyung Ismu’s efforts, but the ball was able to be anticipated by Joko Ribowo as the PSIS goalkeeper.
