Decline in infection and deaths from COVID-19 in Bulgaria, but there is nothing optimistic

1,038 new cases of coronavirus have been identified in Bulgaria. This is less than the previous day, when there were 1,850.

For comparison, there were 1,904 infected on Thursday, 1,835 on Wednesday, 2,192 on Tuesday, and 2,360 on Monday.

However, the number of tests performed on Saturday was twice as small – only 10,875.

They were 24,275 on Friday, 20,996 on Thursday, 9,086 on Wednesday, 22,276 on Tuesday, 24,719 on Monday, 4,740 on Sunday, and 12,448 on Saturday.

This means that as a percentage the number of infected has even increased.

There are 26 deaths from coronavirus on Saturday, informs the Unified Information Portal.

They were 73 on Friday, 99 on Thursday, 27 on Wednesday and 58 on Tuesday.

The total number of victims became 20,449.

477 people were cured in the last 24 hours.

The number of patients in our country has already reached 492,365, the active cases are 42,409.

A total of 429,030 people were cured.

5,040 were hospitalized, 418 were in the intensive care unit.
