Polyakov died on the night of October 8 at the age of 33. Kiev police reported that the deputy felt bad in a taxi… Law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine marked “natural death”. Or he himself used a drug that may have caused death, or he was poisoned. There can be no other way,” – said the head of the communications department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Artem Shevchenko.
According to the investigation, on the night of Polyakov’s death contacted three people: by Ruslan Dzhambulatov, a taxi driver, assistant to the People’s Deputy from the “For the Maybutn” group of Anna Skorokhod, and another person whose details were not disclosed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The police reported that Polyakov lived with Skorokhod and on the eve of his death he quarreled with her. On October 14, it became known that Skorokhod interrogated in the case of Polyakov’s death.
According to law enforcement officers, Polyakov drank alcohol before his death with Dzhambulatov and drove around Kiev. Taxi driver followed them for a while, and then Polyakov got into a taxi, they say in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On October 13, recordings from body cameras of law enforcement officers who stopped a taxi, as well as video from surveillance cameras, were released. The video, which is at the disposal of the police, testifies that Polyakov left the restaurant “outwardly absolutely healthy”, declared Yenin.
