Patrick (Patsy) Prendiville, a respected member of the Abbeyfeale community in County Limerick, Ireland, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 15, 2025.He was 85 years old. Mr. Prendiville received care at the Palliative Care Unit of University Hospital Kerry prior to his death.
A Life Remembered
Born to Dick Prendiville and Mary Jo, Patsy Prendiville dedicated his life to his family and the Abbeyfeale area. He is survived by his wife, Ann (née Quirke), and their four sons: David, Kevin, Brian, and Conor. He also leaves behind his daughters-in-law, Linda, Denise, Maria, and Cora, as well as six grandchildren: Freddie, Emily, Ben, Matthew, Cathal, and Aoife. He is also remembered by his aunt Sheila, and the wider Prendiville and Quirke families, along with numerous friends and neighbors.

Funeral Arrangements
Reposing will take place at Harnett’s funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Sunday, August 17th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Requiem Mass will be held at The Church of The Assumption,Abbeyfeale,on Monday,August 18th,at 11:00 a.m. Following the Mass,a cremation service will be held at Shannon Crematorium at 2:00 p.m.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the palliative Care Unit at University Hospital kerry. The family also requests privacy at their home during this tough time.
