Daydreamer, is Emre Divit the real antagonist of Can?
Daydreamer is enjoying extraordinary success. There soap opera turca is beloved by fans of Channel 5. There is certainly one of the most contested characters Emre Divit, brother of Can and co-owner of the advertising agency Great idea. Daydreamer, Birand Tunca parla del futuro di Emre Divit
Interviewed by the weekly of Daydreamer, Birand spoke about his character and the future he will have in soap opera, admitting to find similarities with some sides of his character:
Emre is perceived as the villain in the public eye. Specific ‘in the public eye’ because if I defined a character good or bad, I would limit him. Emre is one of those people who, if his father says: “You have to be in the office at eight o’clock”, he arrives at 7.55 am […] I think that to understand him it is essential to put yourself in his shoes. The thing I feel I have in common with Emre Divit is that it doesn’t deviate from the right path even if it fails.
The actor, who made his debut in 2014 in the adventure series Dirilis Ertugrul, invited the audience to put themselves in the shoes of Emre to really understand the character, who will not be the real antagonist of Can:
I don’t know if Emre is so right, but in his own way he is convinced that he has reasons for being wrong. To give the correct answer you would have to put yourself in his place and then I think the character would be easier to understand.
The public is ready to change their mind about Emre Divit? To find out all that remains is to continue to follow the events of the protagonists of the Great idea.
