Argentina confirmed more than a thousand new cases of Coronavirus yesterday, as new infection rates continued to rise, days after the general isolation measures were extended in the capital, Buenos Aires, the epicenter of the virus outbreak.
The Argentine Ministry of Health recorded 1,141 new cases during the past 24 hours, in addition to 24 deaths, which brought the total number of cases to 24,761 cases and deaths to 717 cases since the outbreak began in early March.
