Czech billionaire races at 417 km/h on German highway, police start investigation | Abroad

The video was recorded in July last year, but in early January Passer decided to put the video on social media. The footage shows Passer racing along with a friend on the A2, a highway between Berlin and Hanover. At the end, the two gentlemen can be seen cheering and clapping proudly.

There is no speed limit on German roads, only an advisory speed on large parts. Nevertheless, the German police could not appreciate Passer’s speeds. Officers find his driving irresponsible. The German Ministry of Transport has also looked at the video with raised eyebrows. “All road users must comply with the traffic regulations,” said a spokesman. According to her, it states, among other things, that all drivers must be able to keep their car under constant control.

The police say that there is no speed limit on the A2 between Berlin and Hanover. According to the manufacturer, a Bugatti Chiron has a power of 1500 hp.
