Authorities are looking for a suspect of inappropriately touching a mother when she was walking with her 3-year-old son in broad daylight in Queens, New York City Police said.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on October 23, at about 9:15 a.m., in the area of Calle 19 y 23 Drive. At that time, the suspect, who was on a bicycle, approached the 41-year-old mother, who was with her 3-year-old son, and touched her crotch and breasts before fleeing on the bicycle to Astoria Park.
The suspect is described as being in his 18s and was last seen wearing a jacket with the words New Balance. In addition, he wore black pants, and red and white sneakers.
