According to the office on Thursday, the number of confirmed coronavirus cases rose to 9,218 (as of 10 a.m.). The number of deaths remains unchanged at 243.
The so-called 7-day incidence, i.e. the number of infections per 100,000 inhabitants within the past seven days, is 41 in the Trier-Saarburg district – and thus close to the critical mark of 50.
