Last week, Ustaz Yusuf Mansur underwent intensive care at the Halimun Surgery Special Hospital, South Jakarta. This was done because he experienced narrowing and blockage of the blood vessels in the neck.
Currently, Yusuf Mansur has been allowed to return home. Later he was asked to undergo treatment at home, as stated by Cholil Nafis, Chair of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Da’wah Commission.
“Walhamdulillah Ust. Yusuf Mansur has been able to go home for outpatient treatment. Hopefully Allah will give you health and a long and blessed life,” he said on Instagram.
To reporters, Yusuf Mansur explained the illness he suffered. He mentioned there were minor actions taken at the hospital.
“There is a blessing of blockage and narrowing (blood vessels) from the neck to the head. There is a lump or swelling under the lower right head,” he said. Yusuf Mansur | when asked by reporters on Sunday (23/8).
“It is being handled, yesterday there was a small action. Alhamdulillah it is still safe, there are also degenerative problems in sections 5 and 6 of the cervical spine, please pray,” he continued.
Previously, Ustaz Yusuf Mansur reported that his condition was not good. He asked for prayers for his recovery.
“Uust pray for everyone … (Family),” wrote the account Ustaz Yusuf Mansur.
Although many prayers were offered by netizens and public figures, many also gave criticism or even only negative comments.
“Don’t worry about the cleric, health, illness and even death are part of the ordeal as long as the tausiyalah. May Allah SWT give the best for the ustad,” tweeted the @jannotama account.
