Po The first certification authority a MyID service there is another private company that can start providing identity verification to Czech services e-governmentu. Ministry of Interior announced the granting of certification to ČSOB.
The so-called Certification for the administration of a qualified electronic identification system is an essential step on the way to enable the bank’s clients to start using their login to Internet banking to access state services. It is a system of so-called bank identity (BankID), to which other banks in the Czech Republic are to gradually join.
According to a press release, ČSOB is to start providing BankID from next year.
