It is Sunday, shortly after 3.15 p.m. The sun is shining. A white Audi TTS is racing at crazy speed on the A1 at Spreitenbach AG towards Zurich. The drivers who are overtaken only shake their heads. Shortly afterwards, the 306-hp sports car is flashed by a mobile radar system – at a whopping 211 km / h on the speedometer!
BLICK research now shows that the driver is Niko K. * and lives in the Lenzburg district of Aargau. “He doesn’t want to take a position,” says his brother at the front door to BLICK. Niko had only told him this much: «He made a pond, he is sorry. It was youthful recklessness. »

Youthful recklessness? The maximum speed allowed on the section on which Niko K. was flashed is 120 km / h. Niko K. drove 91 km / h too fast. Therefore, the public prosecutor’s office in Baden AG immediately opened a criminal investigation pursuant to Article 90 paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic Act – better known as a speeding article.

After the cantonal police were able to locate Niko K. and took his driver’s license, the public prosecutor ordered the vehicle to be confiscated. “It’s his Audi,” says Niko K.’s brother and adds: “He worked hard for it and will certainly get it again.”
