It’s clear: When Ronaldo switched from Real to Juve in 2018, the striker had a body fat percentage of only seven (!) Percent. For his age, around ten percent is the average for footballers. Behind these mega-muscles lies a strict diet with an extremely large number of extra layers of training, at least eight hours of sleep at night (plus up to five naps a day!) And an absolutely healthy diet.

The Spanish sports newspaper “AS” revealed that Ronaldo eats up to six times a day, especially a lot of fish: swordfish, tuna and cod are his favorites. It fits that Mama Dolores also revealed that Ronaldo’s favorite dish was Bacalhau à Brás, a Portuguese dish made from stockfish, potatoes and eggs.

In addition, the Portuguese eats a lot of chicken, which is ideal because of the low fat content and the high amount of protein. For breakfast, the striker probably likes ham and cheese, with low-fat yogurt. As a snack in between, there is an occasional avocado toast.
