Despite being a flop since joining Real Madrid, Eden Hazard was named one of the top three footballers in the world by former Atletico Madrid star Felipe Luis.
The Brazilian played alongside Hazard at Premier League club Chelsea under Jose Mourinho when he signed a £ 15.8m deal with Atletico in 2014.
Luis won both the Premier League and League Cup in the 2014-2015 season before being asked to leave Stamford Bridge Club.
