Juventus of Turin are reportedly seeking to shed the important salary of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to the Spanish journalist Guillem Balague, in particular a collaborator with the BBC, “Jorge Mendes (the agent of the player) was instructed to find a club for Ronaldo”. A return to Real Madrid has been put forward lately, but the club are reportedly not interested. Paris Saint-Germain and MLS were also mentioned.

But above all, Ronaldo “has been offered everywhere, including in Barcelona”, he mentioned.

“However, I’m not sure they’ll get rid of him easily, especially with his salary, which is 23 million euros net. […] Who will pay such an amount? ”Launched Balague.

Ronaldo may be 35 years old, but he is certainly still one of the best strikers in the world, having amassed 37 goals in 46 games for Turin this season. A union with Argentinian Lionel Messi at Barca, even though both are advancing into their 30s, could wreak havoc. However, it is not said that the Catalan club are interested and that Ronaldo would take the risk of ending up in Barcelona after having been raining and shining for many years at Real Madrid.

Juve won the Italian league again recently, but suffered a hasty Champions League elimination at the hands of Lyon this week. She will begin a new cycle with the entry of Andrea Pirlo as coach.
