Synopsis: The Vienna crime scene today on Sunday in a quick check

A dead homeless man is found in an abandoned industrial area. It’s about Gregor Aigner (Jonathan Fetka), an ex-police informer and self-appointed investigative journalist who fell into the homeless environment. Indy (Michael Steinocher) and Tina (Maya Unger) discovered the body and the
police
communicated. The young couple lives on the street themselves and knew the dead man very well.

First of all, it looks like the Viennese crime scene commissioners Bibi Fellner (Adele Neuhauser) and Moritz Eisner (Harald Krassnitzer) have committed an act in the homeless environment: a dispute over alcohol or money escalates, in the end one of the opponents remains dead on the ground. This happens quite often, a classic case. Soon, however, there are indications that call this thesis into question: At the scene of the crime, the investigators found a lot of psychotropic drugs and traces of crystal meth on the clothes of the dead man. And why did the victim try to speak to Fellner on an urgent matter a few days before his death ?

In contrast to other episodes in the
Vienna crime scene
This time, Fellner and Eisner, under the direction of Daniel Prochaska, don’t get lost in personal sideshow – they work together effectively and smoothly. And they want to show their own police authorities, the executive, as the Austrian says, that ambition to investigate is a duty even with the poorest.

Commissioners: Eisner and Fellner are the crime scene investigators in Vienna

Moritz Eisner, played by Harald Krassnitzer, has the say in the crime scene from the Alpine republic. Since 1999 he has been investigating mostly in Vienna and the surrounding area, initially as chief inspector, later as major, now as lieutenant colonel. Because he is considered a specialist, he is often sent to other parts of Austria to head special commissions to solve tricky cases.

Eisner is a loner, his investigations like to be rough, almost rough. He follows his instinct – and preferably his own head. When in 2011 he was joined by Bibi Fellner (Adele Neuhauser), who was getting on in years, with her psychological problems and her tendency towards high-proof liquor, Eisner was not exactly ecstatic. The majoress followed the custom for years and occasionally maintains somewhat dubious contacts with the Viennese underworld. Despite all the differences, Eisner and Fellner get together over the years – and become a well-rehearsed, familiar duo.

The crime scene attracts millions in front of the TV Sunday after Sunday. But who actually determines where? These commissioners or teams are currently on TV.
