CPAM du Var to Maintain Local Reception in the Department Despite Changes to Draguignan Building

“The CPAM du Var reaffirms its desire to maintain local reception in the department: the development project for the center of Draguignan in no way calls into question the presence of the CPAM in this town. A place of reception, for insured persons, health professionals, health establishments and employers, will therefore be maintained in the Dracénois territory in order to preserve the services offered to the various publics, in close collaboration with the territorial partners.

However, the Draguignan building is no longer suitable for welcoming our visitors and the close relationship that the CPAM wishes to promote, the reception area being shared between two levels with no possibility of expansion on the ground floor. .

Similarly, with regard to the current occupation of the 900 m2 of the building by the fifteen employees of the Health Insurance, the center of Draguignan no longer responds to the concerns of safety of the personnel present, occupation of the premises and costs associated as well as the ecological footprint linked to the maintenance of such a surface.

In view of these elements, a reflection on the evolution of the Draguignan site has just been initiated: this concerns the presence of the CPAM du Var in the building as it exists today.

It is legitimate that the orientations adopted concerning this site worry the CPAM teams present in these premises, but, as it has been explained to them by the Management of the organization, the project will be worked in collaboration with the representative bodies of the staff and the employees concerned.

Contrary to the information relayed in the edition of May 30 (the Management was only contacted on May 29, the day the organization was closed), the Health Insurance will therefore remain present in Dracénie.

Commitments that should be such as to reassure the agents of the center, as much as the users.
